Your 3D visual design package will include preliminary Design Concepts for each space made up of: 1.Drafted Floor Plan-before and after 2. Space Plan Options 3. Mood board with colour schemes 4. A design concept for your space. (Sketches) 5. Furniture, Finishes, materials and lighting recommendations as seen in the visual. 6. Video Consultation to discuss the recommendations, provide options and finalize the design plan. 7. (Onsite/ Remote) Consultation to make any adjustments to existing proposal. Discuss changes and new options. 8. 3D Model of space (Multiview)
